It’s time for Simon Reicher’s second ADAC GT Masters race! Together with his team colleague from T3-Motorsport, Maximilian Paul, the Austrian is going to start in Most, Czech Republic, from May 17 to May 19. It’s a short travel distance for the Motorsport Team from Dresden. The Autodrom Most is located only 100 kilometers south of their home. Simon already drove their last year – back then in an Audi RS3 in the TCR Germany. After his last race in the Czech Republic, he had mentioned that it would take a lot of guts to drive the curves of that race track. What are the expectations of the 19-year-old traveling to Most? “I am actually incredibly lucky because we already did tests in Most with T3 Motorsport. They were pretty successful regarding the time results. Let’s see what that means for the weekend in the GT Masters“, Simon explains excitedly.

The ninth grader of the Private Secondary School Felbertal cannot wait to participate in a GT Masters race again. “I know the race track with our GT3 car and I am really excited about the GT Masters. It is just so cool. I will give my everything in Most. We need to be better than last time in Oschersleben“, Simon reveals. Back then they had problems with their tire management and their measuring system during the first race – and crossed the finish line on position 23. While in the second race they got knocked out in the first round because their right tire on the back had blown up. In respective of Most, Simon hopes for a better race course and a better result: “It would be amazing to not have as much bad luck as the last time. It would also be great if the technical stuff works smoothly. I am optimistic that we have learned from our mistakes and that we will enter the new race weekend with the right attitude. We are going to rock Most. I hope we can look back after the race weekend and are in the position to say ´We did better´“, Simon admits.

The races on Saturday and Sunday can be watched live at SPORT1. The event will start at 2.45pm. Furthermore, there are live streams available at sport1.de, adac.de/motorsport, and youtube.com/adac.
