The sixth race weekend of DMV GTC and DUNLOP 60 takes place in Oschersleben from August 2 to August 4. Obviously, Simon Reicher and his YACO Racing team will participate there. On Thursday there is already a training day at Motorsport Arena. Is the 19-year-old excited to get into the YACO Audi R8 again? “Definitely. So far, our performance with YACO Racing was outstanding in all DMV races. That is the reason why it is also so much fun. I am sure that we are going to see better results in comparison to my GT Masters start in April. I already know Oschersleben“, Simon explains.

What is the goals of the Kirchberger in Oschersleben? „We definitely want to collect point for the championship. Our goal is to be on the podium. Let’s see how Oschersleben will turn out. We will give our best“, Simon reports. His opponents will not make it easy for him. At the moment he is on a promising fifth place in the DMV-championship and the eighth place in DUNLOP 60. Simon certainly does not lack motivation. „I give everything, I give my best. I try my best, so everything works and I am optimistic that our hard work will pay off. So I really do not worry too much. I am convinced that we will be there when it is important and finish in the front of the field“, the YACO pilot surmises.

And he is willing to put in that extra work! „I work out every day from Monday to Friday. On Saturday and Sunday my body gets time to recover“, the sympathetic Austrian says.
